Individual consultations to discuss preparation for pregnancy and birth.

Physiotherapy management may address general strength and conditioning, musculoskeletal pain, pelvic floor dysfunction and weight management.

During pregnancy

Individual consultations to address musculoskeletal conditions including:

  • Incontinence/leakage

Bowel

Prolapse

  • Symptoms of vaginal heaviness/bulging/discomfort
  • Difficulty emptying bladder or bowel
  • Pre and post-op consultations

Pelvic and sexual pain

Assessment and treatment of pelvic and sexual pain

  • Sexual pain/dyspareunia
  • Vulvodynia/vestibulodynia

  • Pelvic pain associated with endometriosis/adenomyosis
